Our family is excited to continue our stewardship of the property that Alton Fritts purchased in the early 1950's..
Over the last few years, Moore, Oklahoma has seen amazing growth. Our property is located in a prime location close to I-35 and surrounded by major retailers including Wal-Mart, Khols, Gordmans, JC Penney, Best Buy and much more. With the addition of the new and first-class WARREN THEATER, our area and city has been able to enjoy growth and add substantial benefits to our citizens with a multitude of choices and convenience.
Our first phase development consists of approximately 25 acres which includes The Home Depot, Starbucks, Chili's and our newest addition, Chick-fil-A!

Our farm house ... past and present. January 19, 2009 was a sad day for our family. We tore down our parents/grandparent's home that was built back in 1960s. Our family has enjoyed so much time in this house and have so many wonderful - and, yes, somber - memories.
And our other awesome tenants include: THE HOME DEPOT, STARBUCKS and CHILI'S
