We have been talking to Chick-fil-A since early 2006 and after some delays and many months of negotiating, we made a deal with Chick-fil-A. Honestly, this was a huge deal for us because it was our FIRST land sale and we are so proud to have Chick-fil-A as a tenant in our shopping center development. Our family admires and respects the Cathy family and what values they hold. The Chick-fil-A in Moore opened on Thursday, February 5, 2009. We'll see you there. OTHER NEWS ... The City of Moore has broken ground and starting the work for the new Moore Fire Station No. 1. Also, our development team is currently working on a small retail center in front of The Home Depot, another restaurant and a larger development that is being coordinated with a developer out of Dallas, Texas, Direct Development.
